At its headquarters in Belgium, Frisomat invests in a brand-new production line. This 10 000m² production hall accommodates among other things a brand-new, state-of-the-art sandwich panel line, bringing high insulation values easy and quick assembly on site long-lasting good fire resistance surface of the covered production site to 35.000m².
Depending on the used material, sandwich panels have a lot of advantages in comparison to traditional insulation :

Investing in a new production line will increase the availability of sandwich panels used in Frisomat constructions to respond to the increasing demand. Sandwich panels for the Belgian, German, French and Southern-European market will be produced at the brand-new Belgian production site. The panels for the Eastern-European markets will leave from our Romanian production site. As a result, less transport is required, reducing environmental inconvenience. More availability will increase the number of projects equipped with highly insulating sandwich panels, reducing energy consumption and cost.
Frisomat's industrial buildings can be tagged as ECOnstructions, eventually leading to a greener world. A maximum use of recyclable materials (resulting in 98% recyclability), light components (more volume per ton, less transport per m², no heavy machinery during construction) and environmental friendly application and production (no welding or sandblasting, no use of chemicals, no painting, energy-efficient cold rolling,...) are combined with high performance insulating sandwich panels.
Frisomat produces and uses only EPS-sandwich panels or Rockwool sandwich panels which are, unlike PUR- or PIR-panels, 100% recyclable. Environmental friendly products and production. Innovators in steel buildings.
